Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer/Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Triggers) and a proven ability to lead, coach, and deliver scalable, secure solutions that handle large data volumes.

Responsibilities:

• Designs and implements creative Salesforce solutions, including technical troubleshooting and optimization for large datasets.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code in Apex and LWC, and reviews and debugs code written by others.
• Identifies and automates remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability of applications and systems.
• Leads evaluations with vendors and internal teams to assess architectural designs, technical fit, and integration within existing systems.
• Drives communities of practice to promote awareness and adoption of new engineering practices and technologies.
• Models and contributes to a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Triggers.
• Proven experience optimizing and managing large data volumes and platform performance.
• Strong leadership with the ability to coach engineers and lead technical discussions.
• Clear communication and executive presence with the ability to explain how solutions work at detail level.
• BA degree.

• Financial services industry experience.
• Experience with cloud-native applications.
• APIs and web services integration experience.
• Java experience.
• Jira, Bitbucket, and source control systems.
