Job Title: ASP.NET Core Developer

Location: Cleveland, OH
Contract Role

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced ASP.NET Core Developer to develop, maintain, and support web applications and backend services. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, MVC architecture, and SQL Server, along with experience in application debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications and APIs using ASP.NET Core and .NET Core.
  • Build and support backend services, REST APIs, and web applications.
  • Participate in requirements analysis and technical design discussions.
  • Write clean, scalable, efficient, and maintainable code using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
  • Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure application quality.
  • Support application deployment across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and production issues.
  • Collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain technical documentation and follow coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of C# and ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core.
  • Experience with ASP.NET MVC and Web API.
  • Understanding of REST APIs and MVC architecture.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL Server and relational database concepts.
  • Experience with Entity Framework and LINQ.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.
  • Experience with application debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of unit testing and integration testing.
