Jr Technical Support

Handling multiple tasks, prioritizing work, and meeting deadlines
Knowledge of personal computers, computer components, printers, and microcomputer terminology
Troubleshooting and repairing computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals
Documenting, maintaining, upgrading, or replacing hardware and software systems
Preparing or assisting with service record documentation
Providing technical assistance and support for applications and hardware problems
Installing, maintaining, moving, testing, and upgrading new and existing hardware/software
Maintaining necessary security controls over software
Providing excellent customer service
Ability to lift and relocate equipment up to 30 lbs
MS Office Suite and WordPerfect
Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
Effective oral and written communication
Monitoring and assisting users with systems, subsystems, and software applications
Accessing and transferring data to/from local, state, or federal databases
Knowledge of computer operations, information systems, software, hardware, and information security policies
Supporting personal computers, applicable programs/systems, and troubleshooting information systems
High school diploma or equivalent
Windows 11 technical support experience
