Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Analyst with strong SQL Server skills, hands-on experience with Frontier or equivalent enterprise reconciliation software, and knowledge of financial reconciliation and disputes/chargebacks. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting web-based applications, analyzing financial transaction data, and troubleshooting reconciliation discrepancies using SQL queries and scripting.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Frontier or equivalent enterprise reconciliation software to support financial reconciliation processes and investigate transaction discrepancies.

• Write and execute SQL Server queries and scripts for data retrieval, validation, analysis, and manipulation.

• Analyze financial transaction records, identify reconciliation breaks, and support resolution of unmatched transactions and data inconsistencies.

• Support disputes and chargeback-related processes within financial services or payment-processing environments.

• Use PowerShell scripting to automate routine tasks and support application operations.

• Work with web-based applications and demonstrate familiarity with HTML and JavaScript.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to troubleshoot application issues and ensure data accuracy.

• Assist with root-cause analysis, issue resolution, and process improvements related to reconciliation and transaction processing.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Frontier software or equivalent enterprise reconciliation software – Must Have.

• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including SQL scripting and data manipulation.

• Experience in financial reconciliation, transaction matching, and discrepancy resolution.

• Experience with disputes and chargebacks, preferably in banking, payments, or financial services.

• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting.

• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and web-based applications.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Background

• Experience supporting payment-processing or financial services applications.

• Knowledge of credit/debit card transaction workflows and reconciliation processes.

• Experience with application support, data validation, and operational issue resolution.

Interested candidates should have relevant reconciliation software experience along with strong SQL Server skills. Frontier or client-approved equivalent enterprise reconciliation software experience is a critical requirement.
