Business Analyst - Oracle EBS Finance - W2 Only

Required Qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•    10+ years of experience as an EBS Functional Analyst, GL Accountant, or in a similar finance role.
•    Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Financials, including GL, AR, and AP.
•    Proven experience with general ledgers, consolidations, revenue recognition, receivables, and payables.
•    Strong working knowledge of Oracle EBS financial modules, including configuration, navigation, and reporting tools.
•    Solid understanding of accounting concepts, including debits and credits, accruals, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and consolidations.
•    Proficiency in Excel and experience building and maintaining analytical models, reports, and reconciliations.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
•    Effective communication skills to explain financial results and system behavior to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
•    Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
•    CPA, CMA, or similar professional certification, or progress toward certification.
•    Experience with statutory, GAAP, and/or tax reporting.
•    Experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
•    Experience with Oracle R12 ERP implementations, upgrades, or process automation initiatives.
•    Experience configuring Oracle modules, including General Ledger, Payables/Payments, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Revenue Management, Subledger Accounting, and EBTax.
