Role: IAM Architect with SailPoint ISC/IIQ, Saviynt
Location: USA (Onsite/Hybrid), Fort Hill, SC – Onsite
Experience: 15+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IAM strategy, architecture, and solution design initiatives.
• Drive Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) programs and enhancements.
• Partner with business stakeholders, security teams, and application owners to define IAM requirements and roadmaps.
• Design and govern Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, RBAC, access certifications, and access lifecycle management.
• Lead application onboarding and integration into IAM platforms.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide guidance on IAM best practices.
• Support IAM transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Engage directly with client leadership and technology teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with substantial experience in IAM.
• Strong expertise in SailPoint ISC/IIQ, Saviynt, or similar IGA solutions.
• Deep understanding of Identity Governance, Access Management, and Privileged Access concepts.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, Federation, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and LDAP.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
• Experience leading architecture discussions and solution design workshops.

Preferred

• Financial services domain experience.
• Experience in large IAM transformation programs.
• Relevant IAM or security certifications.
