Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Expert
Location: Remote Work
Duration: 12+ Months
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Expert to lead implementations, integrations, upgrades, and production support across Oracle HCM Cloud and ERP environments.
Qualifications:-
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and 20+ years in Oracle technologies.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, and OTL.
- Extensive experience with OIC, HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS, SCM, Financials, and enterprise integrations.
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP, SQL, PL/SQL, Java, XML, JSON, Oracle databases, and cloud platforms.
- Proven experience delivering complex implementations, integrations, upgrades, and production support.
Preferred skills: Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM
