Sales Supervisor
Conduct structured consultations with prospective and returning clients
Guide clients through every step of their personalized aesthetic treatment plan
Document treatment progress, photos, and measurements in our CRM system
Achieve and exceed daily sales targets of $3,500+
Sales Manager
Lead, support, and coach a high-performing team of sales consultants
Drive individual and team sales performance, with goals of $3,500+ per rep
Compensation & Commission Structure
~ 4–5% on sales up to $3,500
~6–7% on sales from $3,500 to $7,500
~8–10% on sales above $7,500
Have a proven track record in sales (spa, medspa, or luxury retail preferred)
Are energized by high-ticket goals and motivated by performance-based rewards
Stay organized and are comfortable using CRM tools and sales systems
Genuinely care about aesthetics, wellness, and delivering results for clients
Shift Options: Day shift / Morning shift
