Must Have Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on Java development experience (80-90% coding)
• Expert in Spring Boot / Spring Framework
• Strong backend and microservices development experience
• Hands-on AWS cloud experience
• Kubernetes and Docker experience
• CI/CD experience using Jenkins, CodeDeploy, or similar tools
• Experience with observability, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting
• Strong Linux/Unix knowledge
• Experience with Kafka, Redis, and PostgreSQL
• Cloud-native application development experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Python or Go experience
• Service Mesh experience
• Spark, Flink, Data Warehousing, or MPP platforms
• Basic UI development experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Build and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS
• Develop and enhance microservices architecture
• Work with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor application performance and improve observability
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Review code and follow software engineering best practices
• Drive technical improvements and mentor junior developers
