More about your role
Essential criteria
- Experience working in housing, supported housing, retirement living, health and social care or a customer-focused environment supporting older people.
- Experience of managing tenancies, customer support plans, property allocations or housing-related services.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety requirements, confidentiality and data protection legislation.
- Experience working with external agencies, care providers or community organisations to coordinate customer support.
