, you’ll work in an Allstate agency where high performance matters, but so does helping the person next to you succeed. As an
Insurance Sales Rep
, your day will center on working hot leads provided by the agency, making outbound calls, quoting auto, home, and personal lines insurance, and building relationships with new and existing prospects.

You’ll follow a proven sales process, explain the value of coverage beyond the lowest price, stay on top of follow-up, and ask for the sale with confidence. You’ll also have direct access to leadership, regular coaching, modern technology and AI tools, and most of the leads you need to build your book. You’ll also have 401(k) matching, health and life insurance, PTO, gym reimbursement, licensing assistance, and a Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) schedule with evenings and weekends off. We’re building careers here, with opportunities to grow from high performer to Team Lead and management.
