Project Manager IT Agile Coach / SAFe

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager IT / Agile Coach to support SAFe Agile transformation across the department and Global Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders.
• Drive SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt, retrospectives, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Improve Agile maturity, team effectiveness, delivery predictability, and flow.
• Support organizational change, servant leadership, continuous improvement, and value-stream thinking.
• Identify and remove organizational impediments and cross-team dependencies.
• Facilitate Agile workshops and promote consistent Agile practices and governance.

Required:

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent Agile transformation experience.
• 5+ years of Agile experience in product/project/delivery environments.
• 3+ years of Agile coaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile principles.
• Experience with cross-functional teams, stakeholder management, workshops, and organizational change.

Preferred: SPC, SA, CSM, PSM, CSP, or Lean Six Sigma certification. Manufacturing, automotive, smart factory, or digital transformation experience is a plus
