Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Manager to lead Oracle Cloud implementations and manage end-to-end project delivery for our Canadian clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud (Finance / SCM / HCM).
• Manage all phases of the project - Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closure. 
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. 
• Act as a primary point of contact between client stakeholders and internal teams. 
• Track project progress, manage risks, issues, and budgets. 
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, following Oracle best practices. 
• Coordinate with Functional and Technical consultants for design, testing, and deployment. 
• Drive status meetings, steering committee meetings, and prepare project reports. 

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management with at least 2+ end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud / Oracle ERP Cloud. 
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion modules (any stream - ERP, HCM, SCM).
• Proven experience in Project Management methodologies - Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management tools - MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet.
• PMP certification is a strong plus.
