Role: IT Project Manager – SAP ECC (SD/MM/LE)

Location: Greensboro, NC – Onsite, 4+ days/week

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Strong end-to-end project management experience
• Experience working with SAP ECC
• Experience with or strong understanding of SAP SD, MM, and LE
• Experience managing projects involving integrations/interfaces with external warehouse systems or other applications
• MS Project – Required
• Jira – Required
• Strong experience with project planning, scheduling, milestones, dependencies, resources, RAID management, governance, and change control
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management experience
• Excellent communication and status-reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PMI-ACP certification
• Smartsheet
• SAP Solution Manager / SAP Cloud ALM
• ServiceNow
• SAP implementation or production project experience
• Manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or warehouse systems experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution from requirements through production deployment
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, schedules, dependencies, resources, and governance
• Coordinate SAP functional and technical teams, infrastructure, security, testing teams, vendors, and business SMEs
• Maintain integrated project plans and track risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, actions, and change requests
• Prepare project status reports covering accomplishments, upcoming milestones, schedule health, risks, issues, and management actions
• Facilitate project meetings, requirements workshops, design reviews, testing checkpoints, readiness reviews, and cutover planning
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect management, business sign-off, deployment readiness, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
• Manage change control and assess business and technical impacts of scope changes
• Escalate critical risks and issues and drive them through resolution
• Ensure successful transition to production support
