Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the 'Courts Group'.

About the RolesWe're seeking experienced people leaders with exceptional communication and problem solving skills to join our highly collaborative team.
You will be responsible for:
- leading active case management across the Division, ensuring matters progress efficiently and consistently from application to resolution
- overseeing and managing the lifecycle of complex cases, including triaging matters, identifying appropriate resolution pathways, and removing barriers to timely outcomes
- providing expert procedural and case management advice to Members, Registry staff and internal stakeholders on complex matters
- preparing high-quality briefings and recommendations that support effective decision-making and hearing readiness
- building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships and managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance case management practices, operational efficiency and service delivery outcomes
- contributing to staff capability development by sharing expertise, coaching others and supporting consistent procedural practices across the Division
The positions are fixed term until 30 June 2027
About YouYou will be a confident and collaborative leader with demonstrated experience managing complex work, leading people and delivering high-quality outcomes. You will bring:
- strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex procedural or technical information clearly, concisely and appropriately to diverse audiences
- proven ability to lead and support teams, fostering accountability, engagement and a positive, values-driven workplace culture
- highly developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the capacity to analyse complex issues, apply sound judgement and identify practical solutions
- experience interpreting legislation, policies or procedures to resolve complex matters
- demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and navigate competing priorities to achieve positive outcomes
- ability to foster innovation, encourage new ideas and create an environment conducive to collaborating for solutions
- a strong customer and service focus, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes and maintaining a commitment to excellence
