An exciting opportunity has opened within our growing Professional Services practice for an Infrastructure Solutions Consultant. Backed by a national delivery team and tier one vendor partnerships, you'll lead high impact datacentre and virtualisation projects for major Australian enterprise clients.

You'll analyse requirements, design solutions, implement infrastructure platforms, and troubleshoot and optimise solutions across multiple client environments.

In this role you will:
  • Architect and implement resilient virtualisation, datacentre, AI infrastructure and HCI platforms across multi site environments.
  • Lead technical governance, change management, and project deployments from planning through delivery.
  • Provide presales leadership, contributing to bids, solution estimation, and client workshops.
  • Design and execute complex VM migrations, storage provisioning, and disaster recovery architectures.
  • Act as the senior technical escalation point and trusted client advisor.
  • Mentor delivery team members and assist in developing emerging service offerings.
About You
  • Proven consulting background within an IT Systems Integrator or solutions provider.
  • Deep expertise in VMware vSphere, ESXi clustering, and MetroCluster/stretched environments.
  • Solid delivery experience with enterprise compute and HCI (Cisco UCS, Dell VxRail, Nutanix, Azure local).
  • Hands on mastery of enterprise SAN/storage (Everpure Storage, PowerStore, NetApp) and backup systems (Veeam).
  • High level client engagement, requirements discovery, and technical documentation skills.
  • Current industry certifications (e.g., Azure local, VCP, Cisco, Dell, or Nutanix).
