DVF are supporting a leading global insurer is seeking a Junior Project Manager to help oversee key business change and transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from initiation through to delivery and implementation.

• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and resource requirements.

• Engage stakeholders across business and technology teams.

• Monitor project progress, manage risks and resolve issues.

• Provide regular updates on project performance and delivery milestones.

• Ensure projects meet business requirements and deliver expected outcomes.

Requirements:

• Previous Project Management experience, ideally within insurance or financial services.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience managing project plans, budgets, risks and dependencies.

• Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

• Excellent organisational, problem-solving and leadership skills.
