About the Company
Company is a professional services organization operating a Globalization Excellence practice focused on strategy and management consulting. The firm advises clients on global operating models, global capability center (GCC) advisory, location and globalization strategy, workforce planning, AI and digital transformation, M&A and deal strategy, and technology and software strategy. It works with private equity-backed companies and supports business transformation engagements, combining rigorous research, analytical frameworks, and executive-level communication to deliver decision-ready insights and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead consulting workstreams and smaller engagements from problem definition through final delivery
Develop a holistic understanding of client objectives and align workstream outputs with the broader engagement goals
Structure complex business problems, formulate hypotheses, and define appropriate research and analytical approaches
Conduct comprehensive secondary research and support primary research to build accurate, decision-ready fact bases
Analyze market, consumer, competitor, workforce, operational, and industry data to identify trends and strategic implications
Develop evidence-based recommendations related to global operating models, GCC strategy, location strategy, workforce planning, digital transformation, and technology strategy
Support engagements involving private equity-backed companies, business transformation, M&A, and deal strategy
Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and quality standards to ensure predictable execution
Coordinate internal resources and external research agencies involved in research and data-tracking programs
Maintain data quality, consistency, accessibility, and governance across research outputs and reporting processes
Translate complex findings into structured, client-ready presentations, reports, executive summaries, and ad-hoc analyses
Develop compelling leadership-level narratives with clear facts, implications, and recommendations
Collaborate closely with Engagement Leads, Managers, and multidisciplinary project teams
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders through responsiveness, clarity, and delivery rigor
Support business-development activities by contributing to proposals, pitches, and project-work modules
Develop reusable frameworks, benchmarks, research assets, and consulting methodologies
Review deliverables for analytical accuracy, visual quality, consistency, and executive polish
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Globalization Excellence practice
