The Role

• Provide essential support to the best possible patient care in close collaboration with qualified nursing staff.
• Plan, perform, and document basic patient care and assist with prescribed therapeutic measures under guidance.
• Identify and assess emergency situations, initiate first aid, and promptly involve specialist personnel.
• Continuously monitor patients, recognize their needs, and communicate observations to the care team.
• Organize and support patient transports and handovers between departments, ensuring patient safety.

What You'll Need

• Completed at least a one-year training in a medical-nursing or social profession (e.g., emergency medical technician, nurse, geriatric nurse/assistant).
• Knowledge of and adherence to relevant laws and regulations (e.g., Narcotics Act, Data Protection Act).
• Recognition of related professions or activities with comparable profiles.
• Possession of a valid professional license for the respective activity.
