Job Title: Senior SAP Project Coordinator

Overview
Seeking a Senior SAP Project Coordinator / Associate Project Manager to support enterprise SAP initiatives, including SAP ECC enhancement projects and SAP transformation programs. The role will coordinate project planning, governance, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, testing, cutover, and deployment activities. SAP ECC experience is required, while SAP S/4HANA experience is preferred.
Responsibilities

Coordinate SAP projects from initiation through deployment and hypercare.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
Track RAID items, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and project status.
Lead project meetings, governance reviews, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate business, functional, technical, vendor, and system integration teams.
Support testing, defect management, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
Maintain project documentation, dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
Support change management, business readiness, and training activities.
Coordinate teams and project activities across multiple locations and time zones.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
8+ years of project coordination, project management, or PMO experience.
5+ years of SAP project experience, preferably with SAP ECC.
Strong understanding of SAP/ERP implementation lifecycles.
Experience with MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, and facilitation skills.
Experience coordinating geographically distributed teams.

Preferred

SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, upgrade, or rollout experience.
PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
Experience with system integration, data migration, testing, cutover, and deployment.
Experience working with global delivery teams and system integrators.
Exposure to SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, SCM, P2P, or PS.
