Senior SAP Service Cloud V2 / ESM Consultant

We're seeking an experienced SAP Service Cloud V2 / ESM Consultant to join a major transformation project. This is a client-facing role focused on workshop facilitation, solution design, SAP configuration and end-to-end delivery of customer service and enterprise service management solutions.

About the Role

You'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, configure SAP Service Cloud V2, and support testing, deployment and go-live activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Design end-to-end SAP Service Cloud V2 and ESM solutions.
• Configure workflows, business rules, case management and service processes.
• Produce functional specifications and solution documentation.
• Support testing, deployment and solution adoption.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders and project teams.

Skills & Experience

• 7+ years SAP consulting experience.
• 3+ years implementing SAP Service Cloud V2 and/or SAP ESM solutions.
• Strong SAP Service Cloud V2 configuration experience.
• Proven solution design and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience with case management, service request management and workflow automation.
• SAP S/4HANA integration experience highly regarded.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Desirable

• SAP Service Cloud V2 certification.
• SAP CX or SAP ESM implementation experience.
• Utilities, field service or asset-intensive industry experience.
• Agile delivery experience.
