Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architect – Integrations Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise integrations for a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation. This role will be responsible for architecting scalable integration solutions across D365 Finance & Operations, D365 Customer Engagement, D365 Commerce, Shopify, and InRiver PIM using Azure Integration Services (AIS).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead integrations between D365 F&O, D365 CE, D365 Commerce, Shopify, and other enterprise systems.
- Define integration architecture using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, and Azure Data Factory.
- Architect Shopify integrations supporting orders, inventory, product catalogs, and customer data synchronization.
- Design D365 Commerce and DOM integration solutions for order orchestration and fulfillment processes.
- Establish integration standards, reusable components, monitoring, error handling, and recovery mechanisms.
- Lead code reviews, technical design reviews, and mentor integration developers.
- Partner with functional teams, architects, and implementation partners to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Support integration delivery through SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare phases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of enterprise integration experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and/or CE).
- Proven experience leading developers and integration workstreams.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Must-Have Skills
- Azure Integration Services: Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, Azure Data Factory.
- D365 F&O and CE integration experience, including DMF, Dual-write, Virtual Entities, and Web APIs.
- D365 Commerce and Distributed Order Management (DOM) experience.
- Shopify integrations using REST/GraphQL APIs and webhooks.
- Strong C#/.NET and/or JavaScript/TypeScript development skills.
- API technologies including REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth 2.0, and service principals.
- Event-driven architecture, integration design patterns, and CI/CD using Azure DevOps.
Preferred Skills
- InRiver PIM or other Product Information Management integrations.
- Azure SQL, Dataverse, and EDI integration experience.
- Experience leading large-scale D365 transformation programs.
- Retail, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Consumer Products industry background.
- Microsoft certifications such as AZ-204, AZ-305, MB-500, or PL-400.
Ideal candidates will bring strong Dynamics 365 integration expertise, Azure integration architecture experience, and a proven track record of leading complex enterprise integration initiatives from design through production deployment.
