Network & Desk Technician

Marriott is seeking a Network & Desk Technician to support reliable technology operations across our hotel environment. In this role, you will provide on-site desktop and basic network support for associates and guest-facing systems, including workstations, printers, POS devices, and Wi-Fi connectivity. You'll troubleshoot incidents, document resolutions, and escalate complex issues while partnering closely with hotel teams to minimize downtime. Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and network support for hotel associates and guest-facing systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, POS terminals, and peripherals.
• Monitor and resolve basic network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and Vo
• IP issues.
• Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Collaborate with hotel operations to minimize downtime and support exceptional guest service.
• Perform routine maintenance, patching, and updates on end-user devices.
• Assist with deployment of new hardware, software, and network equipment during renovations or openings.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure adherence to Marriott security and compliance standards.
