The Role

• Complete assembly of electric motors and gearboxes according to technical drawings and work orders.
• Installation and testing of mechanical components such as bearings, shafts, gears, and pinions.
• Measurement and precise assembly of motor housings and gear sets.
• Filling with lubricants according to specific designs and technical specifications.
• Troubleshooting, testing, and repair of various servo motors and drive units.

What You'll Need

• Completed technical apprenticeship in a metalworking field (e.g., industrial mechanic, metalworker, automotive mechatronics technician, or similar).
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing for understanding instructions and technical drawings.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (early, late, and night shifts).
• Independent, precise, and structured way of working.
• High level of commitment and motivation.
• Sense of responsibility when handling high-quality components and machinery.
• Reliability, flexibility, and strong team player skills.
