Hours: Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts: 8:00am5:00pm & 10:00am7:00pm)

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join a professional on-site engineering team at a prestigious commercial property in West London.

This is a static-site position offering excellent stability, a collaborative team environment and the opportunity to work within a modern, high-profile building. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the site's electrical building services.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance

• Maintain and fault-find on electrical plant and equipment

• Work on lighting, power, emergency lighting and electrical distribution systems

• Carry out routine electrical testing and inspections

• Conduct plant room inspections and identify potential faults

• Respond to breakdowns and complete repairs efficiently

• Support general building services and mechanical plant where required

• Ensure maintenance records and compliance documentation are accurately completed

• Liaise with subcontractors and specialist service providers

• Work closely with the wider engineering team to deliver a high standard of service

About You

• Fully electrically qualified City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

• 18th Edition

• Experience within commercial building maintenance

• Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Good understanding of electrical building services and distribution systems

• Basic knowledge of mechanical/HVAC systems would be advantageous

• Professional and client-focused approach

• Able to work effectively as part of an engineering team
