Commercial Refrigeration & AC Engineer

Commercial Refrigeration Engineer (75% Refrigeration / 25% Air Conditioning)<br />We’re growing and looking to bring in a skilled Commercial Refrigeration Engineer who takes real pride in their work and wants to be part of a quality-focused, well-organised team.<br />This role is primarily refrigeration-led, with occasional air conditioning work. It suits an engineer who is confident in commercial refrigeration systems but also comfortable turning their hand to AC when required.<br />This is not a rush-job culture — we value engineers who think ahead, work methodically, and do things properly the first time.<br />The Role<br />You’ll be working across a mix of commercial sites, carrying out predominantly refrigeration work with some supporting air conditioning duties.<br />Your responsibilities will include:

• Installation, servicing, and maintenance of commercial refrigeration systems (primary focus)
• Occasional installation and maintenance of air conditioning systems
• Fault finding and diagnostics with a right-first-time approach
• Working across a varied range of commercial projects
• Representing the company professionally on site and with clients<br />What We’re Looking For<br />We’re keen to speak to engineers who:
• Are fully qualified in refrigeration (essential)
• Have strong, proven experience in commercial refrigeration
• Have some exposure to air conditioning work (or willingness to support it)
• Take pride in high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Are strong problem-solvers with a practical, logical approach
• Are reliable, professional, and consistent on site
