Job Description

Streamline Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Permanent Mechanical Project Manager to join a reputable Building Services company based in Central London and the Home Counties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The role involves managing project teams, coordinating with clients and sub-contractors, and maintaining health and safety compliance across all site activities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent technical knowledge in Mechanical Building Services, and proven experience managing similar projects within the building services sector.

You will be expected to liaise effectively with all stakeholders, facilitate project planning, and oversee procurement and technical execution to meet project milestones.

Significant experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in Building Services Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering principles and building regulations Excellent leadership and team management skills CAT A/B commercial experience is needed Must come from a pipefitting background Exceptional communication and organisational abilities Experience in liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures Flexibility to work in London Central or the Home Counties as required This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company that values expertise and dedication.
