Mechanical Project Manager

The role encompasses overseeing mechanical building services projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project planning, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and delivering technical solutions that meet project specifications.

The company operates on an invoice per PO basis, requiring the candidate to manage projects efficiently and professionally to ensure smooth billing processes.

Extensive experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the Building Services sector Strong understanding of mechanical systems and building services installation processes Proven track record in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously Exceptional communication and coordination skills Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and safety standards effectively Experience working with invoice per PO billing structure highly advantageous Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services In return, our client offers a generous holiday 25 days holiday and with additional time off during the Christmas period and every last working Friday.
