Job Description

Title: Lead/Sr Engineer – Duck Creek/Guidewire (P&C Insurance)

Locatio: Holmdel, NJ (Hybrid)

Contract

F2F Interview

Responsibilities:

  • Define end‑to‑end solution architecture across .NET backend, Angular UI, GraphDB, cloud, and integration layers.
  • Lead architecture decisions for Duck Creek and Guidewire implementations.
  • Create scalable, secure, and high‑performance designs for enterprise P&C applications.
  • Oversee design and development using C# .NET, Web APIs, Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
  • Design and implement GraphDB based solutions for complex relationship modeling and insurance data flows.
  • Architect RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Drive cloud architecture using AWS, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automation.
  • Support UAT, production rollout, and post‑implementation stabilization.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10–15+ years in software engineering/architecture within the P&C insurance domain.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with C# .NET, Angular, WebAPI, REST API, Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL, PostgreSQL, GraphDB.
  • Deep expertise in Duck Creek and/or Guidewire architecture and implementation.
  • Experience with cloud platforms - AWS, DevOps, CI/CD, microservices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client‑facing skills.
  • Ability to lead complex, multi‑platform transformation programs.
