Description
Join our team in a hybrid setting within the Pensacola, FL region. 
This full-time role involves planning and managing instructional design projects, developing courses, and collaborating on educational strategies. Utilize various technologies to create and evaluate training materials that enhance employee performance.

Key Responsibilities
Develop instructional courses tailored to meet learning outcomes and needs.
Conduct needs assessments and provide customized training solutions.
Create and edit learning activities and reports in a Learning Management System.
Evaluate course effectiveness and integrate feedback for continuous improvement.
Train team members on the use of instructional materials and environments.

Qualifications
Experience in course content development and evaluation.
Advanced knowledge of instructional theories and educational psychology.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to fluctuating work-flow and manage time efficiently.
Bachelor''s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
