Salesforce Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support an onsite engagement in Stanton, CA. This role will support the transition of a 100-agent customer service organization from NICE to Salesforce Service Cloud, working closely with an external implementation partner and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and customization
• Support Service Cloud rollout and transition from NICE
• Build and maintain custom flows, automation, case routing, queues, and reports
• Act as the day-to-day Salesforce Administrator supporting approximately 100 service users
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal team members to support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud post-implementation
• Partner closely with an external Salesforce implementation partner
• Gather requirements, validate solutions, and support UAT and go-live activities
• Support agent onboarding, training, and post-launch stabilization

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience
• Strong hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud experience
• Experience supporting contact center or customer service teams (75+ users)
• Prior experience working alongside a Salesforce implementation partner
• Strong configuration skills including Flows, automation, permissions, and reporting
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
• Must be able to work onsite in Stanton, CA

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
