Job Description

IT Engineering Server and Storage

Location : Remote

Contract opportunity

* Support and operate on-prem and cloud server environments (VMware, Azure VMs)

* Ensure availability, performance, and capacity of compute platforms supporting

* Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting and root cause analysis for server and storage incidents

* Manage VMware hosts, clusters, datastores, and virtual machine lifecycle

* Support Azure VM provisioning, scaling, and performance optimization

* Operate and monitor IBM i systems and coordinate infrastructure support for SAP workloads

* Manage Dell PowerStore and Dell Isilon storage platforms, including provisioning and optimization

* Monitor storage capacity, performance, and availability to prevent service impact

* Operate Commvault backup environment and ensure backup success and restore readiness

* Manage Zerto replication, DR health, and support failover and recovery testing

* Monitor servers, storage, backup, and cloud resources using LogicMonitor

* Analyze alerts, reduce noise, and proactively identify performance and capacity risks

* Support ServiceNow ITSM processes for incidents, changes, and service requests

* Provide infrastructure-level support for SQL databases and email platforms

* Maintain configurations, documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives
