About the Role:
The Senior Food & Beverage Specialist primary goal is to serve members warmly, accommodatingly, and professionally. This team member must provide a consistent level of service that meets the company standards and exceeds the members' expectations. The bartender/barista must ultimately uphold the values and mission statement of the Company while performing positional responsibilities and adhering to operational standards.
Please note that this is a part-time position structured at 15-20 hours per week
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and serve all food and beverage offerings, including specialty coffees, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations to members, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of menus, allergens, and presentation standards.
Assist with food preparations and plating for daily service and events.
Support setup and execution of Clubhouse events
Build and maintain vendor relationships, place orders, and manage beverage inventory.
Implement menu updates and communicate changes to all Clubhouse Bartenders and Managers.
Maintain and update beverage recipes, descriptions, and formatting on internal platforms.
Oversee rollout of Signature and Heritage Month cocktail updates and consult on all Clubhouse beverage partnerships.
Ensure full compliance with DOH and company sanitation standards, including proper labeling, storage, and product rotation (FIFO).
Oversee bar and kitchen organization, cleanliness, and maintenance, including dishwashing and waste management.
Place daily food orders and maintain cost and waste tracking sheets to support profitability goals.
Program and maintain the POS system, enter daily counts, and run weekly reports.
Update and maintain Clubhouse Bartender training plans.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operations and member experience.
