Build AI That Makes a Difference We're hiring a Senior AI Engineer to join an innovative and growing technology business developing AI-powered products for some of the world's leading organisations. Working at the forefront of AI, you'll help build scalable, production-grade solutions using LLMs, AI agents, cloud technologies and modern software engineering practices.
What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable Python backend services
• Develop AI-powered products using LLMs, RAG and agentic workflows
• Create APIs and integrations for enterprise clients
• Build and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure
• Drive innovation and contribute to technical strategy
• Collaborate with a small, highly experienced engineering team

What We're Looking For

• Strong Python engineering background (ideally 5+ years)
• Experience building AI/LLM solutions in production environments
• Knowledge of RAG, AI agents and modern AI frameworks
• AWS and infrastructure-as-code experience
• Experience with CI/CD, containerisation and scalable architecture
• A curious mindset and passion for solving real-world problems

Bonus Points

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences or other regulated industries
• React or frontend exposure
• MLOps, Data Science or DevOps experience
• Familiarity with ISO27001 environments
