Job Description

Elevation HR are excited to be working with a leading manufacturing company based in North Sheffield, as they look to appoint a Senior HR Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis.

Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you'll manage a varied employee relations caseload from end to end, overseeing cases through the HR system while coaching and upskilling managers to build confidence in people management. You'll also have the opportunity to support organisational design initiatives, playing a key role in driving positive change across the business.


  • Act as a trusted HR partner, providing professional advice and guidance to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Take ownership of a varied employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and wellbeing matters, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  • Coach and support managers on HR policies, employment legislation and best practice, building confidence in people management.
  • Support in organisational change projects, supporting restructures, redeployment, redundancy consultations and TUPE processes.
  • Design and deliver management training initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage HR administration and systems with accuracy, maintaining employee records, processing HR transactions and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice.
