Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

Conduct stakeholder interviews, research, and requirements-gathering activities to understand business needs, operational challenges, and opportunities for AI, data, and robotic process automation solutions.

Analyze existing business processes and workflows, document functional requirements, develop process maps and user stories, and translate business needs into clear specifications for technical teams.

Support testing and validation of intelligent automation solutions, including UiPath-based workflows and AI-enabled applications, to verify that implemented functionality meets business requirements and acceptance criteria.

Maintain project documentation, track requirements and deliverables, prepare reports and presentations, and collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and testing teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

6–9 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder coordination, with experience supporting AI, data, or intelligent automation initiatives.

Technical Skills:

UiPath, Robotic Process Automation, RPA Testing, AI and Data Testing, Business Requirements Analysis, Requirements Documentation, Process Mapping, User Stories, Software Development Lifecycle, Test Validation

Business / Domain Skills:

Experience analyzing business processes and operational workflows to identify automation opportunities, define business needs, and support AI-enabled and intelligent automation initiatives.

Experience analyzing program policies, business rules, operational processes, and stakeholder needs and translating them into business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and system requirements.

Experience validating business requirements and expected outcomes for automated workflows, coordinating testing activities, documenting defects, and supporting business acceptance of implemented solutions.

Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, developers, and testers to manage requirements, resolve gaps, communicate findings, and support successful project delivery.

Communication:

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation:

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting UiPath automation initiatives, including requirements definition, workflow analysis, automation testing, and business process validation.

Knowledge of AI and data solution testing, Agile and Scrum methodologies, iterative development, and software development lifecycle practices.

Strong analytical, documentation, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.
