Lead AI Engineer – Retirement / Wealth Domain

Seeking a Lead AI Engineer with strong Retirement or Wealth Management domain experience to architect and build enterprise-scale LLM/Agentic AI solutions in production.

 

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• RUST – EXPERT LEVEL (MANDATORY): 3+ years of hands-on production experience with Rust, including async programming (Tokio), API/backend development, error handling, traits, testing, and performance-critical systems.
• TypeScript / Node.js – Required: Production API and full-stack development.
• Solana / Solana Programs – Required: Anchor or native Solana development, account model, transactions, and PDAs.
• LLM / Generative AI: Production experience with GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini/Gemma, or AWS Bedrock.
• Agentic AI & RAG: LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Google ADK, MCP, vector databases, prompt engineering, evaluation, and guardrails.
• Cloud & MLOps: AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow/W&B, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability.
• Strong SQL, data engineering, API development, system design, security, testing, and CI/CD skills.

 

Experience

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
• 3+ years building and deploying LLM/Agentic AI systems in production.
• Prior Lead/Staff-level experience owning architecture and technical direction.
• Experience delivering AI solutions in regulated environments, preferably financial services.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop enterprise-scale AI/LLM and Agentic AI solutions.
• Lead hands-on engineering, MLOps, production reliability, and AI governance.
• Build secure, scalable APIs and AI services using Rust, TypeScript/Node.js, and cloud technologies.
• Establish best practices for AI quality, testing, observability, security, and compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams.
