Job DescriptionIT Support Engineer (On-Call/Freelance/Casual) - Sydney

We are currently looking for experienced IT Support Engineers to provide on-call/freelance onsite support in Adelaide, South Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite desktop support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Perform Windows operating system installations, upgrades, and re-imaging.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting in LAN/WAN environments.
  • Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and other network devices.
  • Respond to service requests promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all support activities, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or field services.
  • Strong hands-on experience in desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, routers, and switches.
  • Experience with operating system deployment, imaging, and break-fix support.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple onsite assignments.
