HR Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Serve as the primary HR liaison to business leadership, employees, and shared services to execute HR initiatives. • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and talent development. • Foster a positive work environment by building strong partnerships between HR and various business units. • Ensure strict confidentiality and data integrity in all HR operations. • Design and implement strategies for staffing, onboarding, talent development, and employee retention. • Conduct investigations, document findings, and recommend appropriate actions. What You'll Need • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred. • 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources. • PHR/SHRM-CP certification is a plus. • Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations. • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel. • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
