HR Manager

Butcher Power Products, a Fresno-based manufacturer of electric motors and power transmission products, is seeking an HR Manager to support our growing operation. In this role, you'll lead full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance for both shop floor and office teams. You will partner closely with leadership to align workforce planning with production needs, coordinate training and safety initiatives, and strengthen our culture of reliability, teamwork, and technical excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
