Job Description


We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager IV to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project intake, portfolio-level delivery, financials management, and cross-team coordination and a proven ability to deliver complex, multi-team initiatives on time, within scope, and within budget.


Responsibilities:



  • Manage project intake and financials, including budgets, forecasts, and variance tracking.

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined scope requiring engagement from multiple teams.

  • Define and communicate objectives, manage risks and issues, and ensure compliance with standards.

  • Provide end-to-end visibility into project health, including schedule, quality, scope, and cost.

  • Facilitate delivery routines such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.

  • Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and remove impediments to maintain timelines.

  • Promote communication and collaboration across organizations to support on-time delivery.

  • Gather and present status updates to stakeholders and leadership on delivery, risks, and schedule.

  • Ensure alignment to requirements by partnering with sponsors and stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards and controls.

  • Support resource planning for delivery and execution as an individual contributor.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence across large, multi-instance environments.

  • Demonstrated experience managing portfolio-level functions and end-to-end program oversight.

  • Experience leading change and continuous improvement initiatives, including release planning readiness and standards documentation.

  • Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.

  • Experience with project financial management including budgeting and forecasting.

  • Experience level: 7+ years in IT project or program management roles.


Preferred Skills:



  • Background in enterprise governance and change management frameworks.

  • Experience supporting delivery across 20+ JIRA instances or comparable scaled tooling environments.
