Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project intake, financial management, cross-team delivery coordination, and portfolio-level oversight and a proven ability to manage risk, ensure compliance, and deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Own project intake and financials management, including tracking budgets, forecasts, and actuals.


• Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined project or smaller program deliverables across multiple teams.


• Define and communicate objectives, manage risks and issues, and maintain end-to-end visibility of health and status.


• Ensure delivery meets expectations for functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.


• Coordinate and facilitate delivery routines including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.


• Manage dependencies, remove impediments, and drive risk mitigation across workstreams.


• Promote communication and collaboration across organizations to support milestone achievement.


• Provide timely status updates to stakeholders and leadership on delivery, schedule, risks, and issues.


• Align execution with requirements by partnering with sponsors and stakeholders.


• Ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards and processes.


• Support resource planning and readiness for releases and deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence, including reporting across large, multi-instance environments.


• Demonstrated experience managing portfolio-level functions with end-to-end oversight and program delivery.


• Experience leading continuous improvement and change, including release planning and readiness.


• Ability to develop and document standards and maintain comprehensive project communications.


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across all organizational levels.


• Experience operating as an individual contributor while coordinating multi-team delivery.

Preferred Skills:

• Financial governance experience for technology portfolios or programs.


• Background working within Enterprise Change Management frameworks.
