Job Summary

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize the product backlog, and maximize business value. Define and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria to support Agile delivery. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Service Cloud solutions from concept to launch. Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder reviews to ensure timely delivery. Monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous enhancements. Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
