Systems Engineer, Endpoint Engineering

·       Own Endpoint Fleet: Manage and automate 500+ Macs, iOS/Android, Chromebooks, and Amazon WorkSpaces.

·       Administer Jamf Cloud: Manage MDM, DDM, VPP, smart groups, policies, scripts, packaging, and ADE.

·       Support Identity & Access: Support Apple Platform SSO and Okta Device Trust for managed and BYOD access.

·       Manage Google Endpoints: Automate Google endpoint management for BYOD Android and Chromebooks.

·       Improve Patch Workflows: Enhance patching for macOS/iOS/Android with rings, compliance targets, and reporting.

·       Deploy Security Controls: Deploy security agents, certificates, and network profiles; audit device health and inventory.

·       Implement SOC 2 Controls: Document and implement SOC 2 endpoint controls and provide audit evidence.

·       Build Windows Management: Establish Windows endpoint management for Amazon WorkSpaces, including images and baselines.

·       Maintain Documentation: Create and maintain runbooks and end-user documentation for all endpoint systems.

·       Required Experience: 3+ years of MDM experience (macOS, iOS, Android) and expertise with Jamf Pro/Cloud.
