Role Descriptions:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven AI Product Owner to lead the strategy, delivery, and adoption of next-generation Contact Center AI solutions. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong product ownership skills with a passion for innovation, customer experience transformation, and measurable business value creation.

•  The successful candidate will define and prioritize product roadmaps, partner with business and technology stakeholders, and drive AI-powered initiatives that improve customer service, agent efficiency, and operational outcomes.
•  Candidates should possess working experience with or strong knowledge of Google CCAI/GECX (Google Enterprise Contact Center AI Experience), Dialogflow CX, Gemini, and Anthropic Claude, including the ability to evaluate and compare capabilities, use cases, integrations, governance, and business value across platforms.
•  We are looking for a proactive leader who asks tough questions, challenges assumptions, and drives clarity across cross-functional teams.
•  A strong technical foundation, including familiarity with LLMs, conversational AI, prompt engineering, APIs, Python, and JavaScript, is highly desirable.
