The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK. • Handle a variety of issues including battery, tyre, and complex fault diagnosis. • Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need. • Start and finish your workday from your own driveway. • Work demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach and problem-solving ability. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet. • Pride in being an ambassador for roadside assistance services.
