Job Title: Senior IT Specialist – AVEVA/OSIsoft PI Administrator
Location: Manhattan, NY (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 6-8 Months
Work Authorization: No H-1B
Requirement: Local candidates with utilities experience

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior AVEVA/OSIsoft PI Administrator to manage, enhance, and support a large-scale enterprise PI Data Historian environment supporting electric, gas, and steam control center operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PI System administration, architecture, high availability, disaster recovery, asset framework, analytics, interfaces, and operational technology integrations within a utility or critical infrastructure environment.

Required Skills

  • AVEVA/OSIsoft PI System administration and architecture, including large-scale environments with 1.5M+ PI tags.

  • PI Data Archive, PI Asset Framework (AF), PI Vision, and HA/DR implementation.

  • PI AF Analytics, Element Templates, Notifications, and Event Frames.

  • PI Interfaces: OPC DA/UA, PI-to-PI, DNP3, PI API, and RDBMS.

  • PI Integrator for Business Analytics (PII4BA).

  • PowerShell automation and scripting.

  • PI SDK, AF SDK, PI OLEDB, SQL, and API integrations.

  • Utilities, SCADA, OMS, or other operational technology experience.

  • 24x7 production support, root-cause analysis, disaster recovery, and ITIL processes.

Additional Skills: C#, .NET, SSIS, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Power Automate, ServiceNow, and technical documentation.

Interview: Video followed by mandatory onsite interview.
