Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior DataOps Product Support Engineer to support and maintain mission-critical data platforms and analytics solutions hosted on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). The candidate will be responsible for ensuring production stability, operational excellence, incident management, service reliability, and continuous improvement of enterprise data products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, data warehousing, CI/CD processes, access management, and production support operations. Preferred mandatory skills include AWS IAM, CI/CD, BigQuery, and Google Cloud Platform.

Mandatory Areas:

• AWS Data Platform / Production Support: 5+ years of overall experience.
• Databricks (Workflows, Clusters, Notebooks, Delta Tables, SQL).
• SQL & Data Pipeline Troubleshooting (Batch/Streaming).
• Incident Management, Monitoring & Production Troubleshooting.

Good To Have Skills:

• Python / Scripting.
• Datadog / CloudWatch / Observability Tools.
• GitLab / CI/CD.
• Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.

Domain Experience:

• AWS DataOps / Cloud Data Platform Production Support / Managed Services.
