Job Description

Role : Oracle Manufacturing Cloud Consultant – Fabless Semiconductor
Location: San Jose, CA -Onsite – 4 Days per Week
 
Experience: 8+ Years


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Manufacturing Cloud modules, including Work Definitions, Work Orders, Outside Processing, Inventory, Cost Management, and Supply Planning.
  • Support fabless semiconductor manufacturing processes, including wafer fabrication, sort/probe, assembly, and final testing through subcontractors.
  • Manage lot tracking, product genealogy, wafer/die yields, multi-stage Bills of Materials (BOMs), and lot-based inventory.
  • Collaborate with the FabConnect team and external vendors to design, develop, and troubleshoot integrations between Oracle Cloud and foundry/OSAT partners.
  • Support integrations involving work-in-progress (WIP) updates, lot status changes, and material receipts.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs, configurations, and solution documentation.
  • Coordinate with technical teams on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, reports, and extensions.
  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data migration, quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, and cutover activities.
  • Provide production support, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend process improvements.
  • Train end users and collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle SCM and Manufacturing.
  • At least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud Manufacturing implementations.
  • Hands-on experience in the fabless semiconductor industry and outsourced manufacturing models.
  • Experience working with semiconductor foundries and OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) partners.
  • Strong knowledge of lot-based inventory, lot tracking, and product genealogy.
  • Expertise in Outside Processing, Lot and Serial Control, Cost Management, and Supply Chain Orchestration.
  • Exposure to FabConnect or similar semiconductor B2B/foundry integration platforms.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations, including OIC, FBDI, and REST APIs.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work directly with business and technical teams onsite.
