The following requirement is open with our client.

Title : Dynamics 365 Functional

Location : Richardson, TX/Houston, TX/Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Rate : $70/Hr on W2

Relevant Experience : 7+

Job Description:

• Must have at-least 10 years of experience in Dynamics CRM (Sales).
• Dynamics 365 Functional with knowledge on Customizations and Configurations.
• Should be able to analyze and validate fitment of a requirement with Dynamics.
• Must have good knowledge on Dynamics 365 and best practices. Should be able to prepare functional documentation.
• Must be able to work directly with the client and lead functional design discussions with business and bridge the gap between business and technology team.
• Design, develop, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for CRM applications.
• Perform end-to-end functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with required stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Ensure test coverage for CRM customizations, configurations, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Support UAT execution and coordinate with business users for sign-off.
• Prepare test execution reports, defect metrics, and quality status updates.
