This long-term initiative will bring together senior Oracle specialists across functional, technical, integration, conversion, and workforce-management disciplines to take an enterprise HCM program from implementation through deployment and stabilization.
The environment is best suited for consultants who combine strong Oracle Cloud expertise with the communication, ownership, and judgment expected in client-facing consulting engagements.
What's In Store For You

• Long-term engagement: 18 months to 3-year contract
• Primarily remote work from anywhere in the United States.
• Periodic travel to Washington, DC for activities such as project kickoff, major implementation milestones, releases, and go-live support.
• Project-related travel expenses are expected to be covered.
• Opportunity to participate in a major Oracle Cloud HCM implementation across multiple phases of the delivery lifecycle.
• This position requires U.S. Citizenship.
• Candidates must be eligible and willing to undergo the required U.S. Federal Public Trust background investigation.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Serve as a senior technical consultant supporting a large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM transformation.
• Design, build, configure, and support technical solutions across the Oracle HCM Cloud ecosystem.
• Translate functional and business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Develop and support Oracle HCM integrations, interfaces, extracts, reports, and data-load processes.
• Partner with functional consultants, integration specialists, conversion teams, project leadership, and client stakeholders.
• Support the implementation lifecycle from requirements and technical design through testing, deployment, stabilization, and handoff.
• Troubleshoot complex application, integration, data, and reporting issues across the HCM environment.
• Participate in technical design discussions and provide recommendations when requirements or solution approaches need refinement.
• Help ensure solutions are maintainable, secure, scalable, and aligned with overall program objectives.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership while maintaining strong communication with both technical and business stakeholders.

Do You Have the Expertise to Lead in Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Delivery?

• Approximately 10+ years of relevant technology/ERP experience is preferred for senior-level consideration.
• Ideally 5+ years of recent Oracle Cloud HCM experience, with current or very recent hands-on involvement.
• Strong experience specifically with Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud HCM rather than primarily legacy Oracle EBS environments.
• Hands-on experience with several Oracle HCM technical capabilities such as:
• HCM Extracts
• HDL / HSDL
• BI Publisher
• OTBI
• Fast Formula
• REST/SOAP APIs
• Oracle Integration Cloud
• HCM interfaces and integrations
• Data conversion and migration
• Experience supporting multiple phases of an Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to take technical work from requirements through deployment and stabilization.
• Strong client-facing consulting skills, including stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and the ability to appropriately challenge requirements or proposed solutions.
• Previous Big Four, major systems-integrator, enterprise consulting, or independent consulting experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel periodically to Washington, DC.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be willing to complete the federal background investigation associated with Public Trust eligibility.
